hit counter sooo, this blog will basicallly be about health, food, fitness, sometimes fashion and photography! I'm am trying to stay on track of no dieting, it's a half recovery - half health blog, since i went through an eating disorder but have never been underweight. it's just that i think after gaining several kilos due to my trip to Australia, i tried to lose them all but at a certain point, i realised i couldn't stop. i was so afraid of gaining everything back. i wasn't worried, but my friends were. until i decided i had to stop. so now this blog will just keep me motivated to keep healthy habits but also not to underfeed myself.
